Shipping policy

By purchasing at Italy Explorers, you will be acquiring a digital product that does not require shipping. After confirming your order and payment has been processed, you will be prompted to the order confirmation page, where a download link will be displayed so you can immediately download the guide(s) purchased. At the same time, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address specified on the checkout process with a link for downloading the guide(s) purchased. This way, as long as you don't delete this e-mail, you will be able to open / re-download the guide.

Should you not receive the order confirmation e-mail, please get in touch at hello@italyexplorers.me and state your order number, so we can send you a new download link.
